Welcome to Polaris Moments. By accessing our website or booking our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Polaris Moments provides professional photography services, including but not limited to family, maternity, newborn, senior, and wedding mini sessions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
A session is considered booked only after confirmation via email or phone. Payment details, including deposits (if applicable), will be shared at the time of booking. Full payment is typically due by the time of the session.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we may retain any deposit if notice is not given at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Image Usage & Rights
Clients receive high-resolution, edited digital images with full rights to print and share. Polaris Moments retains the right to use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the session.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. We recommend coordinating outfits, bringing any important items, and reviewing location and parking in advance.
6. Limitations
While we do our best to deliver exceptional results, final image quality can depend on lighting, location, weather, and client cooperation. Refunds are not guaranteed once the session is completed and images are delivered.
7. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any content, images, or materials without prior written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
